Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect as per your order.
Refund requests must be made within 25 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a refund, you must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and evidence of the issue (photos/videos).
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
Perishable goods, personalized items, and digital downloads.
Products returned without prior authorization.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for products returned in a used or incomplete condition, subject to a 5% deduction.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if the order is already processed.

Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
The product is out of stock.
There is an issue with payment processing.
The shipping address is incomplete or unverifiable.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellation Fees
No cancellation fees apply if the order is canceled within the eligible period.
Late cancellations may incur a fee of 5% of the order value.
How to Return a Product

Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and documentation.
Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
