Ordering & pricing
How do I get a price for an instrument?
Send the model (or your requirement) on WhatsApp +91 98669 53771 or email info@instrusenseindia.com. We reply with a GST quotation, usually the same working day.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Every order is billed with a proper GST invoice and documentation for procurement and audits.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We supply single units as well as bulk and project quantities, with quantity pricing for larger orders.
Can I buy on Amazon, GeM, IndiaMART or IndustryBuying?
Yes, Instrusense India also sells through Amazon.in, GeM, IndiaMART and IndustryBuying. For configured or industrial products, contact us directly for the right option and best price.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source through manufacturer channels and supply datasheets, manuals and test certificates where applicable.
Which brands do you supply?

What if the model I need is not on the website?
Ask us. We supply many more models and brands than listed and source on request.
How do I choose the right gas detector?
Tell us the gases, whether it is for personal wear or area monitoring, whether you need confined-space pre-entry testing (pumped), and the hazardous-area zone. We will recommend single-gas, multi-gas, pumped or fixed detection accordingly.
Delivery & support
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes. We ship across India and worldwide with tracked, secure packing for sensitive instruments.
Do you provide calibration?
We coordinate calibration, bump testing, calibration gas and NABL-accredited calibration through partners where required.
Do you help with installation and commissioning?
Yes. We provide installation guidance, configuration and start-up help, and can arrange demos and user training.
What warranty do the products carry?
Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. We coordinate warranty claims and service with the manufacturer.
