Dewpoint is the temperature at which water vapour starts to condense; the lower the dewpoint, the drier the gas. Choose a sensor rated for your dewpoint range (refrigerant dryers ≈ +3 °C, desiccant dryers −40 to −70 °C), state whether you need pressure dewpoint, and pick the output (4–20 mA, Modbus) and a sampling cell for safe installation and removal.
